Best Homemade Pancakes (Easy & Delicious)
📝 Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 eggs
½ cup milk
½ cup water
2 tablespoons sugar (optional, for sweeter pancakes)
1 tablespoon melted butter or oil
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 pinch salt
½ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
👩‍🍳 Instructions:
1️⃣ Prepare the Batter
In a large bowl, whisk the eggs.
Add milk, water, melted butter (or oil), and vanilla. Mix well.
In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
Whisk until smooth. (Do not overmix — small lumps are okay.)
2️⃣ Heat the Pan
Heat a non-stick pan or skillet over medium heat.
Lightly grease with butter or oil.
3️⃣ Cook the Pancakes
Pour about ¼ cup of batter into the pan for each pancake.
Cook for 1–2 minutes until bubbles form on the surface.
Flip and cook another 1–2 minutes until golden brown.
