For the Cake Base:

1/2 cup (100g) sugar
1/2 cup (120ml) milk

2 cups (450g) cream cheese, softened
1 cup (240ml) heavy cream
1/2 cup (100g) sugar
2 eggs
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For Topping:
Powdered sugar (for dusting)
👩‍🍳 Instructions:
1️⃣ Prepare the Base
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease a 9-inch (22cm) round cake pan.
In a bowl, whisk eggs and sugar until light.
Add milk, oil, and vanilla. Mix well.
Stir in flour, baking powder, and salt.
Pour batter into the prepared pan.
2️⃣ Make the Cream Filling
Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
Add eggs one at a time, mixing well.
Add heavy cream, cornstarch, and vanilla.
Beat until smooth and creamy.
3️⃣ Assemble
Gently pour the cream mixture over the cake batter in the pan.
Do not mix — the layers will bake beautifully together.
4️⃣ Bake
Bake for 45–55 minutes until the top is lightly golden and the center is slightly set.
Let cool completely at room temperature.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours for best texture.
5️⃣ Serve
Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
