Crispy Garlic Parmesan Potato Wedges
Better than fast food — super crunchy outside, soft inside!
📝 Ingredients:
4 large potatoes
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon dried oregano (optional)
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Fresh parsley (for garnish, optional)
👩🍳 Instructions:
1️⃣ Prep the Potatoes
Wash and cut potatoes into wedges (leave the skin on for extra crispiness).
Soak them in cold water for 20–30 minutes (this helps make them crispier).
Drain and dry very well with a towel.
2️⃣ Season
In a large bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and oregano.
Add potatoes and toss until fully coated.
Sprinkle Parmesan and mix again.
3️⃣ Bake
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Arrange wedges in a single layer (don’t overlap).
Bake for 35–40 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
4️⃣ Serve
Garnish with parsley.
Serve hot with ketchup, garlic sauce, or spicy mayo.
