Creamy Fried Bombs
Golden and crispy on the outside, soft and creamy on the inside — these “fried bombs” are the ultimate snack or party appetizer!
📝 Ingredients (Makes about 12–15 bombs)
For the Filling:
200 g cream cheese (softened)
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried parsley (optional)
Salt & black pepper to taste
For the Coating:
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 eggs (beaten)
1 ½ cups breadcrumbs (regular or panko)
For Frying:
Vegetable oil (for deep frying)
👩‍🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Make the Filling
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, parsley, salt, and pepper.
Stir until well combined.
Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes to firm up.
2️⃣ Shape the Bombs
Scoop about 1 tablespoon of mixture.
Roll into small balls.
Place on a tray and chill another 15–20 minutes (this helps them hold shape).
3️⃣ Coat
Roll each ball in flour.
Dip in beaten eggs.
Coat well in breadcrumbs.
For extra crunch, repeat egg + breadcrumbs again (double coating).
4️⃣ Fry
Heat oil to 170–180°C (340–350°F).
Fry in batches for 2–3 minutes until golden brown.
Remove and drain on paper towels.
5️⃣ Serve
Serve hot while the inside is creamy and melty!
