3 large eggs
2 ½ cups (600 ml) milk

1️⃣ Make the Batter
In a large bowl, whisk the eggs and milk together.
Add flour, sugar, salt, melted butter, and vanilla.
Whisk until smooth and lump-free.

2️⃣ Rest the Batter
Let the batter rest for 20–30 minutes.
This helps make the crêpes soft and tender.
3️⃣ Cook the Crêpes
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.

Swirl quickly to spread thinly.
