Easy Homemade Ice Cream (4 Ingredients)
🛒 Ingredients
2 cups (500 ml) cold heavy whipping cream
1 can (397 g) sweetened condensed milk
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 pinch salt
👩‍🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Whip the Cream
In a large bowl, beat the cold heavy cream with a hand mixer until stiff peaks form (about 3–5 minutes).
Do not overbeat.
2️⃣ Mix the Base
In another bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and salt.
Stir until smooth.
3️⃣ Fold Gently
Add the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture.
Fold gently with a spatula until fully combined and fluffy.
(Do not stir hard — keep the air inside for creaminess.)
4️⃣ Freeze
Pour into a loaf pan or freezer-safe container.
Smooth the top and cover tightly.
Freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
