🛒 Ingredients (Serves 3–4)
4 cups green cabbage, thinly sliced
4 large eggs
2 tablespoons butter or olive oil
½ small onion, thinly sliced (optional but recommended)
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ teaspoon salt (or to taste)
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon paprika (optional)
¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Optional add-ins:
½ cup shredded cheese
Cooked bacon or sausage
Fresh parsley or green onions

1️⃣ Sauté the Vegetables
Heat butter or oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add onion and cook 2–3 minutes until softened.
Stir in garlic and cook 30 seconds.
Add sliced cabbage and cook for 8–10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender and slightly caramelized.
Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and red pepper flakes.
2️⃣ Add the Eggs

Whisk eggs in a bowl.

Make small wells in the cabbage.
