Skinny Poolside Dip

🛒 Ingredients
1 cup plain Greek yogurt (nonfat or low-fat)
4 oz light cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon zest (optional, but brightens flavor)
1 small garlic clove, minced
2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried)
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
½ teaspoon salt (or to taste)
¼ teaspoon black pepper
½ cup finely diced cucumber (seeds removed)
Optional add-ins:
1 tablespoon chopped green onions
Pinch red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon crumbled feta

In a medium bowl, beat together Greek yogurt and softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
