👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Optional: Sear for Extra Flavor
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Season pork chops lightly with black pepper.
Sear 2–3 minutes per side until golden (they don’t need to cook through).
This step adds flavor but can be skipped if short on time.

Brown gravy mix
Cream of chicken soup
Chicken broth
Mix until smooth.
3️⃣ Slow Cook
Place pork chops in the slow cooker.
Pour sauce evenly over the top.
Cover and cook:
Low: 6–7 hours
High: 3–4 hours
Pork should be fork-tender.
4️⃣ Thicken (If Needed)
If you want thicker gravy, mix:
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 tablespoons cold water
Stir into slow cooker during last 30 minutes of cooking.
🍽️ Serve With
Mashed potatoes
Rice
Egg noodles
Steamed green beans or carrots
Spoon extra gravy over everything — that’s the best part!
