Stellini Pasta with Butter & Mozzarella
A simple, cozy dish — creamy, cheesy, and perfect when you want something quick and comforting.
🛒 Ingredients (Serves 3–4)
2 cups stellini pasta (about 250 g)
4 tablespoons butter
1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
½ teaspoon salt (or to taste)
¼ teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan (optional but delicious)
1–2 tablespoons pasta cooking water (if needed)
Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
👩‍🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Cook the Pasta
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
Add stellini pasta and cook according to package directions (usually 7–9 minutes).
Drain, but reserve ¼ cup of pasta water.
2️⃣ Add the Butter
While pasta is still hot, return it to the pot.
Add butter and stir until completely melted and coated.
3️⃣ Melt the Cheese
Add shredded mozzarella gradually, stirring continuously.
If the pasta looks dry, add 1–2 tablespoons of reserved pasta water to make it creamy.
4️⃣ Season & Finish
Add salt, black pepper, and Parmesan (if using).
Stir until smooth and creamy.
5️⃣ Serve Immediately
Top with extra cheese or parsley and serve warm.

Garlic sautéed in butter before mixing
A splash of cream for extra richness
Cooked chicken or turkey pieces
A pinch of Italian seasoning
