🧾 Ingredients (Serves 4–6)
2 cups fresh strawberries (hulled & chopped)
1/2 cup (100 g) sugar
2 cups (480 ml) milk
2 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp gelatin (optional, for firmer texture)
3 tbsp water (for gelatin)
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt

  1. Make Strawberry Puree
    Blend strawberries until smooth
    Strain if you want a silky texture
  2. Prepare Gelatin (Optional)
    In a small bowl, mix gelatin with 3 tbsp water
    Let it bloom for 5 minutes
  3. Cook the Pudding Base
    In a saucepan, whisk:
    milk
    sugar
    cornstarch
    salt
    Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened (5–7 minutes)
  4. Combine
    Remove from heat
    Stir in strawberry puree and vanilla
    Add gelatin (if using) and mix until fully dissolved
  5. Chill
    Pour into serving cups
    Refrigerate for 2–3 hours until set
