1 cup (240 ml) cold heavy cream (or whipping cream)
2–3 tbsp sugar (adjust to taste)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp lemon juice (prevents browning, optional)

  1. Mash the Bananas
    In a bowl, mash bananas until smooth (or blend for extra creamy texture).
    Add lemon juice if using.
  2. Whip the Cream
    In another bowl, whip the cold cream with sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form.
  3. Combine
    Gently fold the mashed bananas into the whipped cream.
    Mix until smooth and fluffy—don’t overmix.
  4. Serve
    Spoon into cups and serve immediately, or chill for 15–30 minutes for a firmer mousse.
