Creamy Banana Milk Dessert (Ready in ~5 minutes prep)
🧾 Ingredients:
2 eggs
460 g sugar
80 g flour
2 ripe bananas
200 ml milk
200 g condensed milk
300 ml heavy cream (33% fat)
100 g natural yogurt
👩‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Prepare the base cream
    In a saucepan, whisk together:
    eggs
    sugar
    flour
    Gradually add the milk while whisking to avoid lumps.
  2. Cook the custard
    Place the mixture over medium heat.
    Stir constantly until it thickens into a smooth custard (about 3–5 minutes).
    Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
  3. Add richness
    Stir in:
    condensed milk
    yogurt
    Mix until smooth and creamy.
  4. Prepare bananas
    Slice or mash the bananas depending on texture preference.
  5. Whip the cream
    In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  6. Combine
    Gently fold the whipped cream into the custard mixture.
    Add bananas and mix lightly.
    🍨 Serving:
    Serve immediately for a soft creamy texture
    Or chill for 1–2 hours for a thicker, mousse-like dessert
    💡 Tips:
    Use very ripe bananas for natural sweetness and flavor
    Reduce sugar slightly (to ~300 g) if you prefer less sweetness
    Add vanilla or a pinch of cinnamon for extra aroma
    Top with crushed biscuits, chocolate, or nuts for texture
