2 tbsp melted butter
🥣 Instructions
- Make the Custard Cream
In a saucepan:
Whisk milk, sugar, and cornstarch until smooth
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly
Cook until thick and creamy (5–7 minutes).
Remove from heat, then stir in butter and vanilla. - Prepare Biscuit Crumbs
Crush biscuits into fine crumbs
Mix with melted butter - Assemble
Pour hot custard into a serving dish
Smooth the top
Sprinkle biscuit crumbs evenly over the surface - Chill
Refrigerate for 1–2 hours until set and slightly firm.
