April Sweetness Dessert (No-Bake Creamy Fruit Delight)
🧾 Ingredients:
200 g tea biscuits or digestive cookies
100 g butter, melted
250 g cream cheese (softened)
200 ml heavy cream (cold)
1/2 cup (100 g) sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
200 g strawberries (fresh, sliced)
2 tbsp honey or strawberry syrup
Zest of 1 lemon
Optional: blueberries, raspberries, or kiwi

- Make the base
Crush biscuits into fine crumbs
Mix with melted butter until combined
Press firmly into the bottom of a dish or pan
Chill in the fridge for 15–20 minutes - Prepare the cream layer
In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth
In another bowl, whip the cold cream until soft peaks form
Gently fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture - Assemble
Spread the creamy mixture over the chilled base
Arrange sliced strawberries (and other fruits if using) on top - Add finishing touch
Drizzle honey or strawberry syrup
Sprinkle lemon zest for a fresh spring flavor - Chill
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set
