Creamy Seafood Salad
🧾 Ingredients:
200 g cooked shrimp (peeled & deveined)
200 g crab sticks or cooked crab meat
150 g cooked calamari rings (optional)
1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup cucumber, diced
🥣 Dressing:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp sour cream or Greek yogurt
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and black pepper, to taste
🌿 Optional:
1 tbsp fresh dill or parsley, chopped
Lettuce leaves for serving
👩‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Prepare seafood
    Chop shrimp into bite-sized pieces if large
    Slice crab sticks and calamari into small pieces
  2. Mix the dressing
    In a bowl, combine:
    mayonnaise
    sour cream or yogurt
    lemon juice
    mustard
    garlic powder
    salt and pepper
    Mix until smooth
  3. Combine
    In a large bowl, add:
    seafood
    celery
    onion
    cucumber
    Pour dressing over and gently mix
  4. Chill
    Refrigerate for 30–60 minutes to let flavors blend
    🍽️ Serving:
    Serve chilled on lettuce leaves
    Or as a sandwich filling or wrap
