One Pan Chicken with Buttered Noodles
🧾 Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)
250 g egg noodles
3 cups (720 ml) chicken broth
3 tbsp butter
2 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and black pepper, to taste
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
1/4 cup (25 g) grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
👩🍳 Instructions:
- Season the chicken
Pat chicken dry
Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning - Sear
Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat
Add chicken and cook 4–5 minutes per side until golden
Remove and set aside - Build flavor
In the same pan, add butter and garlic
Cook for 1 minute until fragrant - Cook noodles
Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer
Add egg noodles and stir
Place chicken back on top - Simmer
Cover and cook for 10–12 minutes, until:
noodles are tender
chicken is cooked through - Finish
Stir noodles gently to coat in buttery sauce
Sprinkle with Parmesan and parsley
🍽️ Serving:
Serve hot straight from the pan
Add extra Parmesan on top if desired
