5-Minute Appetizer Puff Pastry Sausage Rolls

Ingredients:

  • 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed if frozen)
  • 4–6 sausages (raw or precooked, depending on preference)
  • 1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)
  • 1 tbsp Dijon or yellow mustard (optional, for flavor)
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds or poppy seeds (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Oven:
    • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the Puff Pastry:
    • Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface. Cut it into strips wide enough to wrap around the sausages (approximately 3–4 inches wide).
  3. Assemble the Sausage Rolls:
