Crockpot Steak Bites
Tender, juicy steak bites slow-cooked in a rich, savory sauce — easy, flavorful, and perfect over mashed potatoes or rice!
🛒 Ingredients
2 lbs (900 g) sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
½ cup (120 ml) beef broth
¼ cup (60 ml) soy sauce
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)
2 tablespoons butter, sliced
1 tablespoon cornstarch + 2 tablespoons water (optional, for thickening)
Fresh parsley (for garnish)
👩‍🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare the Steak
Pat steak cubes dry with paper towels.
Season lightly with black pepper.
2️⃣ Add to Crockpot
Place steak cubes into the slow cooker.
Pour in beef broth, soy sauce, and Worcestershire sauce.
Add garlic, brown sugar, onion powder, and paprika.
Stir gently to combine.
Place slices of butter on top.
3️⃣ Slow Cook
Cook on LOW for 6–7 hours
or
Cook on HIGH for 3–4 hours
Steak should be fork-tender.
4️⃣ Thicken (Optional)
If you prefer thicker sauce, mix cornstarch and water.
Stir into crockpot during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
Let sauce thicken before serving.

Roasted vegetables
