Crockpot Sticky BBQ Pork Ribs
🛒 Ingredients
3–4 lbs pork ribs (cut into sections)
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
🍯 Sticky Sauce:
½ cup BBQ sauce
¼ cup soy sauce
¼ cup honey or brown sugar
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Season the Ribs
Pat ribs dry.
Mix salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Rub generously over ribs.
2️⃣ Make the Sauce
In a bowl, mix BBQ sauce, soy sauce, honey, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, and chili flakes.
3️⃣ Slow Cook
Place ribs into crockpot.
Pour sauce evenly over them.
Cover and cook:
LOW for 7–8 hours
or HIGH for 4–5 hours
Ribs should be very tender and nearly falling off the bone.
4️⃣ Optional Sticky Finish
For that caramelized glossy look like in the picture:
Transfer ribs to a baking sheet.
Brush with extra sauce from crockpot.
Broil 3–5 minutes until slightly charred and sticky.
