Cabbage Fat-Burning Soup

🛒 Ingredients
1 large head of cabbage, chopped
2 large onions, chopped
6–8 celery stalks, sliced
2 large bell peppers, chopped
4–6 carrots, sliced
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (14–16 oz) diced tomatoes (or fresh)
6–8 cups water or vegetable broth
1 packet dry onion soup mix (optional but traditional)
1 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp chili flakes (optional, boosts metabolism)
1 tsp Italian seasoning or thyme
Fresh parsley or cilantro (optional)
🍲 Instructions
Prep vegetables – Wash and chop all veggies.
Combine ingredients – Add everything to a large pot.
Bring to a boil – Cover and boil for 10 minutes.
Simmer – Reduce heat and simmer 30–45 minutes until veggies are tender.
Taste & adjust – Add more seasoning if needed.
Serve hot – Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (added after cooking)
Fresh ginger or turmeric
A dash of cayenne pepper

Eat as much as you want—it’s very low calorie.
Drink plenty of water.
