Ingredients:
1 lb cooked shredded chicken
½ cup buffalo sauce (adjust to taste)
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
4 large hoagie rolls
¼ cup cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix
2 tablespoons butter, melted
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
Prepare the Chicken Filling:
In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, ranch seasoning mix, and half of the mozzarella and cheddar cheese. Mix until well combined and creamy.
Prepare the Hoagie Rolls:
Carefully slice the hoagie rolls lengthwise, making sure not to cut all the way through. Brush the outsides of the rolls with melted butter for added flavor and a golden finish.
Stuff the Rolls:
Spoon the buffalo chicken mixture generously into each hoagie roll. Top with the remaining mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
Bake:
Place the stuffed hoagie rolls on the prepared baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the bread is golden brown.
Serve:
