Jack Frost Blue Velvet Cocoa Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups milk (or plant-based milk)
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips or chopped white chocolate
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1-2 drops blue food coloring (natural or artificial)
  • Whipped cream for topping
  • Blue sugar crystals or edible glitter (optional)
  • Mini marshmallows (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Heat the milk: In a small saucepan, warm the milk over medium heat until it begins to steam, but do not let it boil.
