Sweetened Condensed Milk Snowball Cookies

Ingredients:

1 cup unsalted butter, softened

1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

2 cups all-purpose flour

1 tsp baking powder

1 cup confectioners’ sugar (for dusting)

Instructions:

Cream the butter: In a large bowl, beat the softened butter until smooth and creamy.

Add the condensed milk: Gradually mix in the sweetened condensed milk, blending until well combined.

Incorporate the dry ingredients: Sift in the flour and baking powder, mixing until a soft dough forms.

Preheat the oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Shape the cookies: Roll the dough into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake: Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges of the cookies are lightly golden.

Cool and dust: Let the cookies cool slightly before dusting them generously with confectioners’ sugar.
