Ingredients:
1 pound ground chicken
1 cup cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup diced jalapeños (fresh or pickled)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
1 package of crescent roll dough
Cooking spray
Directions:
Preheat your smoker to 375°F (190°C). In a mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, diced jalapeños, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles. Take a spoonful of the chicken mixture and place it in the center of each triangle. Fold the dough over the filling, pinching the edges to seal completely.
Spray the smoker rack with cooking spray to prevent sticking. Place the chicken bombs on the rack and smoke for about 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the dough is golden brown.
Once done, remove from the smoker and let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy these delicious smoked jalapeño popper chicken bombs as an appetizer or a fun snack!
