Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
4 large wheat tortillas
1 onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or blended cheese)
1/4 cup special sauce (homemade or Big Mac sauce)
1/2 cup chopped lettuce
1 tomato, sliced
2 tbsp pickles, chopped
1 tbsp mustard
1 tbsp ketchup
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned and cooked through, about 7 to 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
While the beef is cooking, warm the tortillas in another skillet or in the microwave for a few seconds until slightly pliable.
Mix the special sauce, ketchup and mustard in a small bowl.
Once the meat is cooked, add a little special sauce to the pan with the meat and mix well.
Spread a tablespoon of special sauce on each tortilla.
Divide the seasoned meat in the center of each tortilla, then add lettuce, tomato slices, chopped pickles and shredded cheese.
Fold the edges of the tortilla and roll tightly to form a wrap.
Cut in half and serve immediately.
