🛒 Ingredients (Serves 6–8)
For the Salad
3 cups fresh broccoli florets (small bite-size)
3 cups fresh cauliflower florets (small bite-size)
½ small red onion, finely diced
½ cup shredded carrots
½ cup cooked bacon, crumbled (optional but delicious)
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
⅓ cup sunflower seeds or chopped almonds
For the Creamy Dressing
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons granulated sugar (or 1 tablespoon honey)
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper

1️⃣ Prep the Vegetables
Wash and thoroughly dry broccoli and cauliflower.
Cut into small, bite-size florets for best texture.
Place in a large mixing bowl.
2️⃣ Make the Dressing
In a small bowl, whisk together:
Mayonnaise
Apple cider vinegar
Sugar (or honey)
Salt and pepper
Mix until smooth and creamy.
3️⃣ Combine
Add onion, carrots, bacon, cheese, and seeds to the vegetables.
Pour dressing over the top.
