BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger Lasagna

Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef
6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 cup BBQ sauce
1/2 cup ketchup
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
9 lasagna noodles, cooked
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 egg
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Directions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess grease. Stir in BBQ sauce, ketchup, garlic powder, and onion powder. Simmer for 5 minutes.
In a medium bowl, mix ricotta cheese, egg, Parmesan cheese, and black pepper until smooth.
Assemble the lasagna: Spread a thin layer of the beef mixture on the bottom of the baking dish. Place three lasagna noodles on top. Layer with one-third of the ricotta mixture, beef mixture, crumbled bacon, cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese. Repeat for two more layers, finishing with mozzarella on top.
Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Let the lasagna cool for 10 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
