Family German Chocolate Cake

This is seriously one of the best low-carb/keto recipes I’ve ever made! great taste

Ingredients

1 (4 ounce) bundle sweet baking chocolate (like Baker’s German’s Sweet Chocolate) – broken into pieces
½ cup boiling water
1 cup margarine, softened
2 cups white sugar
4 eggs, separated
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 ½ cups sifted all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup evaporated milk
1 cup white sugar
3 egg yolks
¼ cup margarine
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 ⅓ cups sweetened flake coconut
1 cup chopped pecans
