1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup cooked ground beef, seasoned with salt and pepper
6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 cup diced pickles (optional)
1/4 cup ketchup (for serving)
1/4 cup mustard (for serving)
Directions:
Prepare the Cream Cheese Mixture:
In a medium bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, and cooked ground beef until well combined.
Assemble the Roll-Ups:
Spread the cheese mixture evenly over each tortilla. If using, sprinkle the diced pickles on top for an extra crunch.
Roll Them Up:
Starting at one edge, tightly roll each tortilla up, enclosing the filling. Once rolled, wrap each in plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 30 minutes to firm up.
