Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
4 sesame burger buns
4 slices cheddar cheese
6 slices crispy bacon
2 tbsp BBQ sauce
4 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp mustard
1/4 cup pickles (sliced)
Fresh lettuce
Fresh tomatoes
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Prepare the Patties: Shape the ground beef into 4 equal-sized burger patties. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
Cook the Bacon: In a skillet, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove from the pan and set aside on paper towels to drain.
Cook the Patties: In the same skillet or on a grill, cook the patties over medium heat for about 3-4 minutes per side or until they reach your desired doneness.
Cheese Time: In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty. Cover the pan to melt the cheese.
Toast the Buns: While the patties cook, lightly toast the burger buns in a separate pan or under a broiler for a minute or two.
Assemble the Burger: Spread mayonnaise and mustard on the bottom half of each bun. Add the cooked patty with melted cheese, then top with crispy bacon, pickles, fresh lettuce, and tomatoes. Drizzle BBQ sauce on top and add the top bun.
