Ingredients:
500 g chicken fillet
30 g butter
4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
200 ml cream
100 g Parmesan, grated
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp paprika powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp olive oil
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
Sauté Chicken: Season the chicken fillets with salt, pepper, oregano, and paprika powder. Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook the fillets until golden brown on both sides. Remove and set aside.
Prepare Sauce: Melt butter in the same skillet. Add garlic and sauté for about 1 minute.
Stir in Cream and Parmesan: Add cream to the skillet and stir well. Add Parmesan and stir until the cheese is melted.
Add Chicken: Return the cooked chicken fillets to the skillet and heat them in the sauce.
Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
