Ingredients:
White chocolate chips: 3 cups
Sweetened condensed milk: 1 can (14 oz)
Butter: 2 tablespoons
Cotton candy flavoring: 2 teaspoons
Pink and purple gel food coloring
Directions:
Prepare the Ingredients: Line an 8×8 inch square pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Melt the Mixture: In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Stir continuously until the chocolate and butter are completely melted and the mixture is smooth.
Add Flavor and Color: Remove the pan from heat. Stir in the cotton candy flavoring. Divide the fudge mixture into two bowls. Add pink gel coloring to one and purple to the other. Mix thoroughly until the colors are vibrant.
Create the Swirl Effect: Pour the pink fudge mixture into the prepared pan, then add dollops of the purple mixture. Using a knife or a skewer, gently swirl the purple fudge into the pink to create a marbled effect.
Chill and Set: Refrigerate the fudge for at least 2 hours or until firm. Once set, lift the fudge out of the pan using the edges of the parchment paper and cut into squares.
