Ingredients:
– 1 glass of milk
– 1 apple, chopped
– 1 banana, sliced
– 3 eggs
– 60g walnuts, chopped
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a round cake pan.
2. In a bowl, mix the oatmeal and milk together and let it sit for about 10 minutes to soften the oats.
3. In another bowl, beat the eggs until fluffy.
4. Add the chopped apple, sliced banana, and chopped walnuts to the egg mixture and stir well.
5. Combine the oatmeal mixture with the egg and fruit mixture, mixing until everything is well combined.
6. Pour the mixture into the prepared cake pan and spread it evenly.
7. Bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
8. Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing.
