No-Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Crunch Bars
Rich, chewy peanut butter base with a crispy crunch and smooth chocolate topping — no oven needed!
🛒 Ingredients:
Base Layer:
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup honey or light corn syrup
1/4 cup unsalted butter
2 cups crispy rice cereal
1 cup powdered sugar
Chocolate Topping:
1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 tablespoons peanut butter
👩🍳 Instructions:
Prepare the pan
Line an 8×8-inch square pan with parchment paper.
Melt the base mixture
In a saucepan over low heat, melt peanut butter, honey (or corn syrup), and butter.
Stir until smooth and combined. Do not boil.
Add dry ingredients
Remove from heat. Stir in powdered sugar until smooth.
Fold in crispy rice cereal and mix well.
Press into pan
Transfer mixture to prepared pan. Press down firmly into an even layer.
Make chocolate topping
Melt chocolate chips and 2 tablespoons peanut butter together (microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring each time).
Spread evenly over the base.
Chill
Refrigerate for 1–2 hours, until firm.
Slice & serve
Lift out using parchment paper and cut into bars.

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
They can also be frozen for up to 2 months.
