Lemon Garlic Chicken Bites
Juicy, golden chicken pieces tossed in a bright lemon-garlic butter sauce — quick, easy, and full of flavor!
🛒 Ingredients (Serves 4)
1½ lbs (700 g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs), cut into bite-size pieces
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp Italian seasoning (or dried oregano)
½ tsp paprika
½ tsp salt (adjust to taste)
¼ tsp black pepper
Zest of 1 lemon
2–3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Optional:
Red pepper flakes (for heat)
2 tbsp grated Parmesan
👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Season the Chicken
In a bowl, toss chicken pieces with:
Salt
Pepper
Paprika
Italian seasoning
2️⃣ Sear
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add chicken in a single layer (don’t overcrowd).
Cook 3–4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through (internal temp 165°F / 75°C).
Remove chicken and set aside.
3️⃣ Make the Lemon Garlic Sauce
Lower heat to medium.
Add butter to the same pan.
Stir in garlic and cook 30–45 seconds (until fragrant, not browned).
Add lemon zest and lemon juice. Stir well.
4️⃣ Combine
Return chicken to the pan.
Toss to coat in the lemon garlic sauce.
Cook 1–2 more minutes until everything is well coated and glossy.
5️⃣ Finish
Sprinkle with fresh parsley and optional Parmesan.
Serve immediately.
