1 lb lump crab meat
4 oz cream cheese, softened
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp Old Bay seasoning
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp melted butter
Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Directions:
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease or line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine lump crab meat, softened cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, Old Bay seasoning, and beaten egg. Stir until thoroughly mixed and evenly blended.
Form the Crab Bombs:
Using your hands or a scoop, shape the mixture into small golf ball-sized rounds. Place them evenly spaced on the prepared baking sheet.
Butter and Bake:
Drizzle each crab bomb with melted butter. Bake in the preheated oven for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and slightly crispy on the outside.
