Creamy No-Bake Icebox Cake

Creamy No-Bake Icebox Cake 🍰🥛
A simple, creamy dessert made with layers of biscuits and fluffy cream. It’s chilled in the refrigerator until soft and sliceable, creating a light, melt-in-your-mouth treat.
Ingredients
2 cups heavy whipping cream
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 packs tea biscuits or graham crackers
1 cup milk (for dipping biscuits)
Optional Additions
Grated chocolate
Cocoa powder for dusting
Fresh fruit (strawberries or bananas)
Crushed nuts
Caramel or chocolate drizzle
Instructions
Prepare the cream
In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
Add condensed milk
Gently fold in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract until smooth and fluffy.
Dip the biscuits
Quickly dip each biscuit in milk (do not soak too long).
Layer the dessert
Place a layer of dipped biscuits in the bottom of a baking dish.
Add cream layer
Spread a thick layer of the cream mixture over the biscuits.
Repeat layers
Continue layering biscuits and cream until the dish is full, finishing with a cream layer on top.
Chill
Cover and refrigerate for 4–6 hours (or overnight) until the biscuits soften and the cake sets.
Slice and serve
Cut into squares like in the picture and serve cold.
Description
This dessert becomes soft and cake-like after chilling. The biscuits absorb the cream mixture, creating delicate layers that are rich, smooth, and perfectly sweet.
Tips
Let it chill overnight for the best texture.
You can add cocoa powder between layers for a chocolate version.
Digestive biscuits or graham crackers work best.
🍰 Result: A creamy, no-bake layered dessert that’s easy, budget-friendly, and perfect for family gatherings.
