  • Prepare the oven

  • Mix dry ingredients
    In a large bowl combine:
    Flour
    Cocoa powder
    Baking powder
    Baking soda
    Salt
    Whisk well to remove any lumps.

    In another bowl whisk together:

    Vegetable oil
    Milk
