½ cup Heavy cream or cooking cream

1 cup uncooked White rice
2 cups water or broth
1 medium Zucchini, grated
1 tablespoon butter or olive oil
¼ teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Optional Additions
½ cup mushrooms, sliced
¼ teaspoon chili flakes for heat
¼ cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions
- Cook the Rice
Rinse the rice and cook it in water or broth according to package instructions (about 15 minutes). - Prepare the Zucchini Rice
