🥩 Ingredients
• 1 lb (450 g) ground beef
• 1 small onion, finely chopped
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 packet taco seasoning (or 2 tsp homemade)
• ½ cup tomato sauce or salsa
• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
• 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough or pizza dough
• 1 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
• Optional: chopped cilantro, diced jalapeños, or corn
👨🍳 Instructions
1. Cook the beef
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
