🧾 Ingredients
2 cups self-rising flour
1 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup melted butter

Preheat oven
Set to 220°C (425°F).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Make the dough
In a bowl, mix self-rising flour and heavy cream.
Stir until a soft, sticky dough forms (don’t overmix).
Drop the biscuits
Scoop dough (about 2–3 tablespoons each) onto the baking sheet.
Leave a little space between each.
Add butter
Brush or drizzle melted butter over the tops.
Bake
Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
