🍫 Chocolate Rice Krispie Balls
🍽️ Makes: 20–24 balls
⏱️ Time: ~20 minutes + chilling
🛒 Ingredients
3 cups Rice Krispies cereal
1 cup chocolate chips (milk or semi-sweet)
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup honey or corn syrup
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
Optional coating:
Extra melted chocolate or cocoa powder
Sprinkles or crushed nuts
👩🍳 Instructions
- Melt mixture
In a saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate chips, peanut butter, and honey.
Stir until smooth and combined.
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. - Combine
In a large bowl, add Rice Krispies and powdered sugar.
Pour melted mixture over and mix until evenly coated. - Shape
Let mixture cool slightly (so it’s easier to handle).
Roll into small balls using your hands. - Chill
Place on a tray and refrigerate for 20–30 minutes until firm. - Optional coating
Dip in melted chocolate or roll in cocoa powder or nuts.
