🥔 Creamy Chicken & Potato Casserole (3 Ingredients)

🛒 Ingredients
3–4 large russet potatoes, thinly sliced
1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
2 cups cooked chicken (shredded or diced)
👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Prep
    Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
    Lightly grease a glass casserole dish.
  2. Layer potatoes
    Arrange a layer of thinly sliced potatoes on the bottom.
    Season lightly with salt and pepper.
  3. Add chicken
    Spread shredded or diced chicken evenly over the potatoes.
  4. Add soup
    Pour the condensed cream of chicken soup evenly over everything.
    (Optional: add 1/2 cup milk to thin it slightly for extra creaminess.)
  5. Cover & bake
    Cover with foil and bake for 50–60 minutes.
  6. Finish
    Remove foil and bake another 10–15 minutes until potatoes are tender and top is lightly golden.
