3–4 large russet potatoes, thinly sliced
1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
2 cups cooked chicken (shredded or diced)

Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
Lightly grease a glass casserole dish. - Layer potatoes
Arrange a layer of thinly sliced potatoes on the bottom.
Season lightly with salt and pepper. - Add chicken
Spread shredded or diced chicken evenly over the potatoes. - Add soup
Pour the condensed cream of chicken soup evenly over everything.
(Optional: add 1/2 cup milk to thin it slightly for extra creaminess.) - Cover & bake
Cover with foil and bake for 50–60 minutes. - Finish
Remove foil and bake another 10–15 minutes until potatoes are tender and top is lightly golden.
