🍖 Creamy Ranch Pork Chops

🛒 Ingredients
4 boneless pork chops (or bone-in)
Salt & black pepper, to taste
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter
Sauce:
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup heavy cream (or sour cream)
2 cloves garlic, minced
Optional:
1/2 tsp paprika
Fresh parsley for garnish
👩🍳 Instructions
- Season & sear
Pat pork chops dry and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Sear pork chops for 3–4 minutes per side until golden.
Remove and set aside. - Make the sauce
In the same pan, melt butter.
Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
Pour in chicken broth and scrape up browned bits.
Stir in ranch seasoning and cream. - Simmer
Return pork chops to the pan.
Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 10–15 minutes, until fully cooked and tender. - Finish
Spoon sauce over pork chops.
Garnish with parsley.
