🛒 Ingredients
3 large eggs, separated
3 tbsp cream cheese, softened
1/4 tsp cream of tartar (or a few drops of lemon juice)
Pinch of salt

  1. Prep
    Preheat oven to 150°C (300°F).
    Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Separate eggs
    Place egg whites in one bowl and yolks in another.
  3. Mix yolks
    Beat egg yolks with cream cheese and salt until smooth and creamy.
  4. Whip whites
    Add cream of tartar to egg whites.
    Beat until stiff peaks form (very important for fluffiness).
  5. Fold gently
    Gently fold egg whites into yolk mixture in batches.
    Don’t overmix—keep it airy.
  6. Shape
    Spoon mixture onto baking sheet into small rounds or one loaf shape.
  7. Bake
    Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden and set.
  8. Cool
    Let cool completely before removing—they firm up as they cool.
    🔥 Tips for best results
    Stiff peaks = fluffy bread (don’t skip this step).
    Fold gently to keep air in the batter.
    Bake low and slow to avoid burning.
    Store in fridge—they’re delicate.
