🧾 Ingredients
1 ripe banana
2 tbsp chia seeds
1/4 cup rolled oats
1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
1/2 cup yogurt (optional, for creaminess)
1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Ice cubes (optional, for a colder smoothie)

Prep oats (optional but recommended)
Soak oats in milk for 5–10 minutes for smoother texture
Blend everything
Add all ingredients to a blender

Adjust consistency
Add more milk if too thick
