🍎 Soft Apple Cake
🧾 Ingredients
2 eggs
2 apples, peeled and diced
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup neutral oil (vegetable or sunflower)
1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional but recommended)
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Pinch of salt
👩🍳 Instructions
- Preheat
Set oven to 180°C (350°F)
Grease or line a small baking pan (8-inch / 20 cm) - Mix wet ingredients
In a bowl, whisk:
Eggs
Sugar
Add oil and milk, mix until smooth
Stir in vanilla (if using) - Combine dry ingredients
In another bowl, mix:
Flour
Baking powder
Cinnamon
Salt - Make the batter
Add dry ingredients to wet mixture
Stir gently until just combined
Fold in diced apples - Bake
Pour batter into prepared pan
Bake 30–40 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean - Cool & serve
Let cool slightly
Slice and enjoy warm or at room temperature
