Cheesy Shrimp & Crab Bake Dip
📝 Ingredients
1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
1 cup lump crab meat, drained (check for shells)
8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
½ cup sour cream
½ cup mayonnaise
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
½ tsp Old Bay seasoning (optional but recommended)
½ tsp paprika
Salt & black pepper, to taste
2 tbsp chopped green onions or parsley
👨🍳 Instructions
Preheat oven
Set to 180°C (350°F). Lightly grease a baking dish.
Make the creamy base
In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
Add flavor
Stir in garlic, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Add seafood & cheese
Fold in shrimp, crab meat, mozzarella, and half of the Parmesan cheese.
Assemble
Transfer mixture to the baking dish and spread evenly.
Sprinkle remaining Parmesan on top.
Bake
Bake for 20–25 minutes until hot, bubbly, and lightly golden on top.
Garnish & serve
Top with green onions or parsley and serve warm.
