Creamy Chocolate Fudge Bars

🧾 Ingredients
2 cups (340 g) milk chocolate chips (or chopped chocolate)
1 can (400 g) sweetened condensed milk
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Melt the mixture
    In a saucepan over low heat, combine:
    chocolate chips, condensed milk, and butter
    Stir continuously until smooth and fully melted
  2. Add flavor
    Remove from heat
    Stir in vanilla extract and salt
  3. Set the fudge
    Line a small baking dish (about 8×8 inch / 20×20 cm) with parchment paper
    Pour mixture into the dish and spread evenly
  4. Chill
    Refrigerate for 2–3 hours, or until fully set
  5. Slice
    Lift out using parchment paper
    Cut into bars like in the picture
    ✨ Tips
    For that extra creamy texture, don’t overheat the chocolate
    Use good-quality chocolate for best flavor
    Let sit at room temp 5 minutes before eating for softer bites

    Add chopped nuts 🌰
    Swirl in peanut butter
