Creamy Chocolate Fudge Bars
Rich, soft, and no-bake
🧾 Ingredients
2 cups (340 g) milk chocolate chips (or chopped chocolate)
1 can (400 g) sweetened condensed milk
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
👩🍳 Instructions
- Melt the mixture
In a saucepan over low heat, combine:
chocolate chips, condensed milk, and butter
Stir continuously until smooth and fully melted - Add flavor
Remove from heat
Stir in vanilla extract and salt - Set the fudge
Line a small baking dish (about 8×8 inch / 20×20 cm) with parchment paper
Pour mixture into the dish and spread evenly - Chill
Refrigerate for 2–3 hours, or until fully set - Slice
Lift out using parchment paper
Cut into bars like in the picture

For that extra creamy texture, don’t overheat the chocolate
Use good-quality chocolate for best flavor
Let sit at room temp 5 minutes before eating for softer bites
